"Beautiful property! Friendly staff. The best beds ever. It was lime sleeping on a cloud. Our trip had a few hiccups and we had to change our reservations. Nichole was able to accommodate the date change and we extended our stay. We would definitely come back and look forward to visiting the other locations."

"Great decor and ambiance, both the lobby/lounge and our rooms. If I were to return I’ll make sure to request a room facing the street/outside. Our rooms faced an inner courtyard that was hooping for a good portion of the night. Staff were all super friendly and helpful"

"Pleasant staff. Great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was clean, quite great towels and sheets. We eat at Ajax, that was bit disappointing because we had heard from locals it was good. In fairness they were about to close in 30 minutes we were the only ones there. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything food, trains , bike trails. Would stay again"

"Outstanding old mansion converted to B& B has quaint bar attached. Fabulous breakfasts made to order sweet or savory. Very 1890's but modern amenities. Royale room had private roof top deck, and claw foot tub! Staff very friendly. Quiet neighborhood easy walk to Capitol. "

When I explained to them that it’s a free upgrade of possible, then he said “oh yes , but unfortunately we are fully booked and it’s not possible” . And then I have to show him that that was a big lie. I could book many rooms online and it was for sure possible to upgrade me. After arguing about that , it was finally possible . Lots of restaurants, a Traders Joe's not too far (5-6 short blocks) local shopping all along Broadway Ave. I got the ensuite private room, it was comfy, had a Roku TV, night stands with lights, private bathroom, stand up shower, lots of towels bar hand soaps, a space heater, decent enough blinds to block out light although not blackout. Front staff was great! The facilities are really nice and stylish, big kitchen and dining area. My 2nd stay this...

"11th Ave. Hostel is a great place to stay. The location is perfect if you want to move around downtown and use public transportation. I stayed with my husband and two kids and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The ice-cream shop downstairs was a bonus."
