ABOUT THE SPACE
This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, accommodating up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore the city.

Step inside this beautifully designed space, where contemporary decor meets a warm ambiance. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating and a large television for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with ample cooking essentials and a dining table for shared meals.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed, with one featuring a plush King bed and the other two cozy Queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are equipped with essential amenities, providing convenience and comfort during your stay.

Enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony or patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer s Market each Sunday to the city s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

Coffee Shops: Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.

Restaurants: Explore the city s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our IG account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Breweries and Bars: Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.

Family-Friendly Activities: Traveling with kids? Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo

Shopping: There are many rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music and Entertainment: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature: If you re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan s Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park. We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

PARKING INFORMATION
There is no assigned parking at the property. It is street parking only. You'll find free street parking available directly on Zuni St, as well as on nearby streets within a block or two of the building.
Note: Parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings, weekends, and local events. We recommend giving yourself ample time to find parking, as it may require circling the neighborhood or walking a short distance from your car to the property.

PET POLICY
We are currently unable to accommodate pets at this property. While we understand pets are family, this policy ensures the cleanliness and comfort of all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. For any questions, please don t hesitate to reach out.

PLEASE NOTE:

▪︎ Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
▪︎ Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
▪︎ Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
▪︎ An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
