This beautifully designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, accommodating up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups looking to explore the city.

Step inside this spacious 1,072 square foot retreat, where contemporary decor meets a warm ambiance. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two cozy queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation, equipped with a comfortable seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or take them outside to the private balcony, where you can soak in the fresh air and city views. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances.

PARKING INFORMATION
Private, heated garage parking is available for select units at Espadin LoHi, including this one. You can reserve one dedicated garage space for an additional cost of $25 per night, providing convenient and secure parking right in the heart of Denver.

Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

PLEASE NOTE:
▪︎ Parking garage space can be reserved for an additional cost of $25 per night.
▪︎ Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
▪︎ Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
▪︎ Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
▪︎ An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
▪︎ 3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.
