Such a great place, perfect spot after skiing. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the mountain. Some suggestions…. Some hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen towels(only found one to wash dishes). Maybe a boot warmer to drive off boots and shoes in the winter. Quicker response to messages would be good too- couldn’t find the remote for the TV and didn’t get a respond till 3AM wondering if host is based overseas? Luckily it wasn’t a major issues but if it was I’d be concerned they wouldn’t get back fast enough?? Overall, nice stay and would prob come again.

The place is truly beautiful. It has a nice big table where you can eat as a family which caught my eye immediately. The decor is rustic which gives it the whole cabin vibe we was going for. The hot tub is amazing, you have a great view while you’re in there relaxing. We weren’t able to ski because it wasn’t open just yet but there is a hill right in front of the cabin where we bought some sleds and was able to have a great time doing that. Will definitely book again.

This is a very well appointed cabin in the woods. A lovely rustic log cabin with modern design details throughout. The master bedroom is spacious with two enormous King beds that are very plush and an en suite with large tub. Two additional guest rooms on the other end allow for a large group of visitors. With a wood fireplace, enclosed porch, and a hot tub, this property should be enjoyed year-round!

The cabin was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures! The fireplace and hot tub were perfect for a cold, rainy weekend. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced at a rental property. We had a wonderful cozy weekend!

The house was beautiful, but we had some issues. We couldn't find a washcloth and any dishwasher tabs, that said were included. There were no top sheets on the bed, which seemed gross considering I'm sure the comforters aren't washed each visit. The refrigerator was dirty. We found wet towels in the washer and towels dryer. The shed for garbage hadn't been emptied in a long time with lots of garbage. The stove display was broken, so you don't know the temp of the oven. I did write to the owner who told us to go into the closet that says "do not enter" to get washcloths and found some bed sheets and the dishwasher tabs were still in the Amazon box unopened in another closet. At first the correspondences with the owner were fine, but then we had problems with the hot tub temp not staying hot and she got very rude, saying I was "manipulative". Funny thing is in all my 47 years, no one has ever called me that. She told me we could leave 3 days early if we were not satisfied and my entire family was outraged that an owner would be saying this. As much as the home was beautiful, we would never stay again due to the rude owner and things not being what they said they would be. I rent from VRBO a lot and have never had this many problems or this rude of an owner.

Great property in a picturesque location! Beautiful Mountain View’s out the back, never saw so many stars! Had a fire inside and outside and enjoyed the hot tub! Went in October during peek time for leave changes and were amazed. Would go back for sure in winter for skiing.

Well furnished spacious cabin. Comfortable beds and couches. Great screened in porch and deck area overlooking a scenic Mountain view. The grass could have been maintained by the fire pit/ jacuzzi area. But overall great stay.

Nice and beautiful house. The way that we looked. Montana style. Unfortunately the kitchen was dirty and for me this area and bathrooms are the most importantly rooms to be cleaned. The coffee machine was disgusted. Bathroom was ok, just the mirror and tub was dirty. There was garbage left outside around the fire place and food on the chair outside ( sun rom area). To us the mattress are too soft and we didn’t sleep well till last night when we try the other bedroom which has a better mattress. I don’t like to be annoying but we paid a good amount and we booked stays we looking for a clean place. We like in general only the cleaning lady’s needs to be advice during the service.

The cabin is beautiful and in a great location! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the deck! There is no A/C, but it wasn't too hot for our July visit with the fans on and windows cracked. There was plenty of space, and the hosts provided things like little soaps and espresso pods which was a nice touch!

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO property! The location was absolutely perfect for our ski trip, with easy access to both Belleayre and Platekill. After a long day on the slopes, it was so convenient to get back to our cozy home base.The property was impeccably clean, which we really appreciated. Everything was tidy and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. The hot tub was a huge highlight! It was the perfect way to unwind.We would highly recommend this propoerty to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable stay near the ski mountains. We hope to be back again soon!"

Disappointing

House was great and would have given a better review but unfortunately had some misfortune that affected our trip. My mid size SUV got stuck in a dip on the side of the driveway and AAA wouldn’t come down to pull me out because it was too icy. The cleaning ladies (who parked at the top of the drive) came to the rescue and had a friend come bail me out. Lost a full day of skiing with my son and company as well as the cost to pay someone to pull me out Apparently guests got stuck the week before as well. When I contacted Julia she was very defensive about the poor maintenance of the driveway and even blamed me for poor planning because I don’t have a 4x4. I could go into a lot more detail but don’t want to waste anymore time on this than I already have.

Short ski stay

Just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and inviting cabin perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The roads leading to the cabin are rural, and the driveway is a bit steep, so keep that in mind if you’ll be driving during or after a snowfall in the area.
