This home is in a quiet, family-friendly and welcoming community. It's located just minutes from the heart of Northglenn, offering a great mix of suburban comfort and city convenience. The area is well-maintained, with tree-lined streets. One of the most popular parks, E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park, is just a short drive away and offers scenic trails, a large playground, a beautiful lake, and plenty of open space for outdoor activities.

For those who enjoy shopping and dining, the nearby Northglenn Marketplace provides a variety of stores, restaurants, and cafes. There are also numerous local eateries and breweries where you can experience Colorado’s vibrant food scene. For entertainment, the Webster Lake Promenade and AMC theater are close by.

With easy access to I-25; downtown Denver is only about 15 minutes away, offering cultural attractions like museums, theaters, and sporting events. Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed, we do permit authorized pets for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, we will require its immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $500. We appreciate your understanding

Great House in Northglenn

Stayed in this VRBO for a week for my 50th birthday. Very cozy! I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was really close to my family’s house. It was very spacious. The one car garage was a bonus due to weather. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Northglenn Home

This property suited our needs adequately. The house was clean and ready for us at check-in. The beds were comfortable, although the sectional sofa and trundle bed were lumpy and uncomfortable. The front room has only dining furniture - no other "living room" furniture. That was only downstairs in the basement. This ensures that there are no "gatherings" which the landlord forbids, I suppose. Little things need to be attended to: the front storm door closure- the hydralics are broken so the door not only doesn't close automatically, it can only be pulled with force, which has loosened the handle. the upstairs bedroom fan/light has no chain to turn off the fan, so that the switch turns on the light AND the fan which is on high speed - not needed in winter! Some hangers would be nice. Some shelves in the closets would make it nice to unpack suitcases.

A lot of beds!

If you plan on visiting and have a busy schedule outside the house then this place is perfect. Very clean and well kept. Property manager is very quick to respond. There aren’t many places to lounge around inside so it’s not a place you will want to stay in for a long period of time with multiple people. Oh and make sure if you plan on having visitors to make it known when you book since guests are not allowed.

Great house in a good location

House was very accurate to the pictures: plenty of space for a large group, good-sized kitchen and dining room, and a nice area in the basement for hanging out. All the appliances worked well, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and while the yard isn't particularly impressive it was really nice to have the outdoor space. Neighborhood felt safe and the location (nearby shops and light-rail station) was convenient. Would definitely recommend this property.

We liked it.

Aside for not being about to get into the property after a very long trip and dealing with bad smoke detector batteries...we did have a nice stay. At least they did respond quickly to help us figure out another way in. But that first experience was tough. I does have a lot of bathrooms...WiFi excellent...TV a little difficult to use and no standard channels. Otherwise...yes...we'd stay there again.

Good overall

Good overall stay and the location was very convenient for our party. We had 6 adults for our 3 night stay along with 1 extra adult for 1 night. Extra towels would have been nice along with extra toilet paper. Appliances were nice and having washer and dryer was very helpful.

Great Stay!!

Nice spot between Boulder and Denver

This was our home base between excursions around Colorado. Nice place. Neighbor has an inordinate amount of lawn ornaments, which served as an easy landmark to find the place. Dishwasher was broke, but they gave me a partial refund to cover for that. Overall a nice spot close to everything. No regrets.

Great communication, perfect home for a family.

Everything you need, great location and perfectly clean! Large home with two bedrooms upstairs with the kitchen and dining room, and two bedrooms downstairs with the living room and utility room. Beds were.very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely rent again if we're in the area!

Overall, a very good experience & will be back

Came out here for my daughter’s softball tournament in Aurora. Our family of 5 came, kids 3-16yr, 2 adults. Overall, a good experience. The house was about 30mins from Aurora, close to grocery, food & gas spots. The check-in process was less than ideal. I had asked to check in earlier than 4p (which I understand can be challenging) and there was some dialogue back and forth about how this may not be accommodated based on cleaning of the house. Ultimately, on the day of, I asked to check in around 3-3:30pm, based on traveling the last two days from CA. There seemed to be some issues w us arriving slightly early. We arrived at the house around 3:15pm and reached out to the Property Manager. We were given check in details & attempted to access home w appropriate door entry code. Unfortunately, someone prior had manually locked the door knob which made it impossible for us to enter. We immediately contacted PM, who answered timely and we attempted to solve the issue. I was initially frustrated with the PM asking me to send a video of our problem entering the home as I clearly stated that the door code worked but clearly the bottom door knob (not part of the door knob connected to door code) was manually locked. Plus, there was no way for me to send video via the app. It would have been better if I had been given a direct phone number to speak w someone when this happened, as opposed to having to go through the VRBO messaging system, which added time delays. Eventually the issue was communicated clearly and the PM send someone over ASAP. They arrived within 25mins and were able to crawl through an open window to get inside & access the front door. Ultimately, we made it inside by 5p. Probably, had we not been on the road the last 2 days and eager to get into the house to relax this would have been less inconvenient. At the end of our week in the house, I can say that everything else was good. The accommodations were adequate. I think the king bed needs to be in the other top bedroom(there are only two on main floor) the room it was in was very tight to walk around. Ideally a TV on the main floor in one of the bedrooms would be great. But those are minor... at the end of the day, I would absolutely stay here again. The washer/dryer are great and all appliances are new & in great shape.
