"My friend and I had a wonderful time at your cottage. My friend had not visited the Cape in a long time so it was fun for both of us to go exploring. And it was great that the cottages were right on the beach so we did not have to drive anywhere to soak up the sunshine."

"We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!"

"I have never been to a rental property where the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. The view out of the bedroom and the living room was awesome. It is on Swan Pond and it’s true to its name because we saw 2 swans with their three babies. It was like a fairytale."

"This place was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend getaway. The house has all the inside space we needed and all the outdoor space we could have wanted. The hosts were great to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. The home was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the updated patio and ate many meals there with the view of the ocean!
