"We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). "We stayed three nights during a vacation exploration of Cape Cod. This was a perfect location. The little house was sweet. Everything you could need and more was supplied. The setup and room layout was perfect, space was utilized well. Slightly cramped getting in and out of bed, but not a big deal. The decor was beach charming. Loved the large bathroom and spacious shower. The neighborhood was quaint, and we totally appreciated the ocean view and cross breezes! Would love to return, thank you!"

"We loved staying at this adorable little cottage! The house was so clean and exactly as pictured on-line. The host was very helpful and nice. The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for our kids and dog to walk down to the little beach down the street. We highly recommend it and hope to come back next summer :) "

"We loved this house! It was small but accommodated the four of us easily. Beautiful back deck with gorgeous bay views. Really lovely, very accessible private beach. And convenient to town, rail trail and ocean. Parking was a little tight -- when they say you can only park two cars, they mean it."

"We came to visit Cape Cod in Sept and we loved the location of this house. Even with all the rain that we got during our stay we could still look out the windows and see the beautiful ocean. we can not wait to come next year and hopefully enjoy the beach! the owner was easy to get ahold of (due to my stupidity of not reading the directions on where to park to get into the cottage). "My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. "This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay.
