Check in was quick and instructions complete and clear. Front desk staff were efficient but not overly friendly…lacking the maritime charm I guess😁. Cold flavoured water /coffee and cookies in lobby a nice treat. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and well supplied. I was not able to take advantage of the cocktail hour but it is a nice perk. Great location. It would be better if carpets in the rooms were replaced with more hygienic surfaces. Room was otherwise clean and fresh. Overall a solid 4.5…I would stay again.
