"This property is a cool, quirky A-frame home set in the trees. Awesome exterior deck space with things such as a tree through the steps and an old hatchet buried into a tree above the deck. The decor and interior were very nice, the bed comfortable, the master shower was great, and the interior was very clean. "We had my mothers 84th birthday there the old folk played dominoes 42 and the kids played in the yard and we went to the boat ramp and pulled kids on the tube great place highly recommend it and would be a great place even in the fall to come play horseshoes in volleyball"

"It was quiet while still being easily accessed. Even had deer walk through the property while I was sitting outside. Everything was clean, tidy, and well kept."

"I was looking for somewhere to be close to water for paddle boarding and hiking trails. This spot is close to Eisenhower State Park and several marinas. We enjoyed the peace in the woods. The space has a screened porch, full kitchen, and queen size bed. It was comfortable and clean. We are looking forward to coming back at some point. "

"Deer Manor is one of the best properties our family has stayed at. First of all, its location was ideal. We all loved the walking trails right off the property. The kids enjoyed biking all over and going down to Lake Texoma. All the activities on the property; horseshoes, geocaching and treasure hunting made our Labor Day weekend memorable. Also, the interior was exceptionally clean and all of the decor, bedding, and games kept us quite comfortable."

"The room was nice but we didn't stay. The location made my wife uncomfortable. In her words, it was to deep in the woods and not close to anything. I didn't have any issue with it, but it made my wife feel unsafe. Maybe it would have been better for just a man."
