"Property is older and in need of maintenance. No daily housekeeping and WiFi is non existent. Most staff only try to sell you the timeshare presentation which is really annoying to the point we avoided walking through the lobby area. The beach front is nice and food and drinks are reasonably priced compared to fiji standards."

"It was really Nice to be received by the staff and even the car. The bed was good, the breakfast was good if not excellent. Good Breda, good tea and coffee, fruit and even omelet, thet know how to cook. By the Way, free cookies and coffee at arrival and afternoon. Good placement 5 min walk from the Beach and eatinhplaces. Little nuisenses like where to put your w’et todel and clothes. You only Got One Towers."

"We first stayed in Standart room. Lives up to its name. It’s a little dark, and nothing fancy. But the price is also great. Then we stayed at the Deluxe room, definitely an upgrade. Only thing is that we never got new towels, and had no handsoap. We even told them immediately, and they told us the housekeeping would give us some, but we never did. Also the food. "Location leaves something to be desired with the proximity of the runway and the volume of the jets taking off. We booked two of the dorm style rooms. We did find bed bugs in one of the four beds. The shared bathroom facilities were very clean and the shower, while lacking places to hang clothing, was of very good quality. "The rooms are often overrated price wise but if you manage to get a discounted price, smugglers is great for a couple of nights. The beds are very comfy. Shower is hot with good pressure. The rooms might not be new, but clean and well maintained. The kitchen and menu is the downside of the place. Menu is uninspiring lacking local dishes and the service is very slow. "The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This is not a 4,5 star hotel and the beach and area in general leaves a bit to be desired. But we enjoyed our stay and loved the washer and dryer in our room. "
