"The staff that was on duty the day we checked in was cold, didn't smile, like a robot. If she is to be in customer service she needs a little shake-up. I thought it was just that day but each morning she was on the desk she was the same. Other staff were friendly and helpful."
"Nice hotel with a pool, spa and excellent breakfast selection. Very friendly reception as we came in far too late and tired after a long day's drive. Definitely recommendable as a night place to get a good night's rest."
"Hotellet var meget slidt og morgenmaden var ikke ret god. Man følte sig ikke velkommen. Gangene ned til værelserne var meget slidte og man følte sig lidt utryg. Godt vi kun skulle være der 1 nat."
"The hot water issue on 3rd floor needs to be resolved. I wish there was a breakfast or even a continental breakfast offered especially for the cost of the room. Otherwise it was very clean spacious , with comfy beds. Would stay again."
"The toilet was childsized. And there was no bar to help you down or up. Very uncomfortable and unnerving.
The breakfast was very good although better coffee would be nice.
All in all, it was just what my group wanted.

"Overall, the room was nice, updated. Cleanliness is okay, but I would make sure to bring your own towels. I went to go take a shower, but ended up not because the towels were stained and had hair on them."
