"Fantastic view, cant say enough about sunrise and sunset. Nice away from it all spot close enough to places to go fora really good balance. The road in isa back road on the cape going any faster than 5mph will rattle you around but totally worth the slow roll in. "

"Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true island escape yet conveniently close to it all!"

"We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. "

"Cottage was clean and well-equipped, bikes were in good working order, location was great- close to bike path, ponds for swimming, and not far from downtown. Only disappointment was the beaches were absolutely covered in seaweed, but Jill was quick to send pond recommendations for better swimming. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay for a a birthday/anniversary trip! It was easy to get to and had off street parking. We were amazed by the cleanliness and coziness and had everything we needed! You can see the sea from the drive way, but not really from inside the cottage. The steps to the beach is really to a cove, we chose to drive less than 10 min to Good Harbor beach and it was amazing! Halibut State Park was about a 15 minute drive and had a nice and easy hiking to the water. If ever...

"Beautiful property. Manager was excellent. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I would recommend a smaller car (we rented a 4 door Jeep and it fit in the driveway but was tight) but having parking that close to town was an absolute dream!! Truly lovely place!!"

"I was on a Father / Daughter trip celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday. We began our trip in Chatham Cape Cod, then Martha's Vineyard and finished in Nantucket, which was our favorite location. Loved the cute cottage atmosphere and only wish we were a bit closer to town, but the mid island bus made it so easy to get back and forth. I will definitely recommend your cottage to my friends"
