"The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, but under renovation. Pool was open but not the Hot Tub which is one of the reasons we chose this location. We had an issue with low water pressure and no hot water. Our room had no WiFi access for some reason. The phone did not work which was probably related to lack of WiFi in the room. Because they were completely booked, they could not move us to another room, so we transferred to another hotel.

"So disappointed with the customer service regarding a double booking that was done as I was suffering from medical conditions. A resort with such high standards yet very poor customer support to meet halfway or even pay difference of rooms for new reservations. I asked to speak with general manager for resort and was unfortunately denied as I got no call back. Though the booking was done through Expedia in the end this resort gave final say on whether to refund or partial refund or meet us...
