"My family and I had an excellent experience. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The room was super nice, spacious, clean . Room service was excellent. The rooftop bar was relaxing, they just need a good dj for Saturday night. "

"The best service and most friendly staff I've ever experienced. Talked with 4 different staff members during my stay and they all went out of they way for us. Highly recommended. Instead of ordering a taxi for us the receptionist drove us himself the 10min ride, gave us his number and said to call if we had any problems getting a taxi back or if we had any questions. Free of charge! Thanks guys and keep up the good work."

"Kiskadee Korner is a safe, clean and friendly property in the St Clair neighbourhood of Port of Spain. I felt so reassured by the staff’s friendly approach to ensuring a pleasant stay and of course my safety. I appreciated them being there for me late at night when my flight arrived, and also the WhatsApp number they had should I need anything. "The Kapok was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has great restaurants and the food was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day and delicious. The location is a set back from the port and downtown, however, they are easily accessible. The hotel is in a walkable and safe location."

"We got another apartment than we booked, and when we checked in, the whole apartment stank of dogs and was full of dog hairs. The kitchen and especially fridge was very mouldy and dirty and the overall impression of the place was not good with dogs barking all night leaving no sleep. Not even with earplugs. The whole area and especially their own dogs was extremely loud. We adressed these issues to the owner who tried to accomodate us but didnt help. We checked out early to find a better place"

"This was a last minute booking during Carnival. It worked out but the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. No wifi in the room!!! You need to goto the lobby for a strong signal. If you need wifi PASS on this place. Or work in the lobby."

"It doesn’t look like much from the street. I almost passed it by. But once inside, I sm glad that I did not. This place is beautiful, quiet and in a very nice neighborhood. I teach at least once a year. I will definitely stay here again next. Also can’t wait to bring my wife here."
