Very friendly staff, very helpful staff, very good service (I had room cleaning done at all hours) they helped me with various things and also train time tables. Concierge call a Grab for you. "Bookede stort værelse (suite).
Vi fik værelse på 12. etage. Gulvtæppet var gammelt og bulede her og der. Der lugtede lidt fælt på etagen.
Aircon på værelset virkede ikke, og blev repareret efterfølgende dag. Det resulterede i at der begyndte at dryppe kondensvand fra loftet i værelsets entre. Efter yderligere et par dage, måtte vi skifte værelse.
Der var ingen sauna eller spa på hotellet, selvom det fremgår af beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter.
Personalet var til gengæld meget høflige og hjælpsomme."
