Everything like Banks, Grocery, taxi services are handy. Even the hotel do Airport pickup and drop free of cost. They provide complementary Sauna and steam which is very good. The manager engages clients quite well and the rest of the staff try but language is an issue.

"it's mega fumbled-old and no hot water! dirty. I left the hotel 3 days early because it was not to sleep in such an old bed. TV didn't work at all. pasonale was super sweet. but the hotel needs a serious upgrade without mold etc. "

"Clean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately.
Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle.
Absolutely will stay again.

"The best part of this hotel is the staff. I was there for almost 3 weeks and the staff is so incredible kind and caring. They are the gem of this place. The hotel itself is pretty standard. They have everything you need including a very lovely spa and 2 restaurants.
It gets a bit loud on the weekends because of the live music in the downstairs bar so if you are sensitive to sound, I recommend getting a room on the left side of the building - towards Bole road and away from the parking lot and bar area. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Addis."
