"Awesome apartment, thought of every detail. The jacuzzi however was really dirty, filled with sand, we also found small pieces of plastic and hair in it. Apparently since we first discovered this after the cleaning lady went home, they could not offer any help. The hotel was not responsive to my message after checkout, which unfortunately meant that we left the hotel with a rather bad impression, as I probably expected more, given the rate charged.
