The hotel was not responsive to my message after checkout, which unfortunately meant that we left the hotel with a rather bad impression, as I probably expected more, given the rate charged.
What they also failed to mention was there...

It was very cold the first night due to cold weather and no heating. After mentioning this to the host the heating was turned on. We expect it as a B&B rather than a hotel.
