The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. "A great host and a great spot! It's pretty tiny however, my 22 year old son and I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed being there. Alessandra was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The real bonus is the location! It's less than 5 minutes from anything we needed, great dining, stores, train station, and best of all, the beach!
