"The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. "The property was a very beautiful property. The AC in my room was not working. It was not working properly. I couldn’t sleep all night. I should’ve called downstairs but I didn’t and so that’s on me but that being said the room would get no cooler than 72° and that was with the blind shut and the AC on all day long and I had it down to 65° with the fan on high as well as Ottow. I tried multiple things and couldn’t get the AC to come down any it was a horrible evening."
