"Cute little place. Quiet even though we had many neighborhoods, everyone was quiet. The closet cabin was more than 50 feet from us, allowing us plenty of privacy. All the kitchen and bath things you need are provided. We texted for more firewood and it was there QUICKLY! Bring a coffee pot unless you want to use the pour over pot they provide."

"Very quiet, peaceful and beautiful area. The few staff that were there were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again for a night of quiet and solitude, but would bring a few thing with me for more comfort. A few things that was missing though. I paid for cabin with gas fireplace and it didn't work and no one was on property to deal with it. "Cabin was very clean, welcoming, and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Even though there was no kitchen, there is a mini fridge, griddle, and toaster. I did notice hot water ran out quicker than what I'm used to, but I sped up my showers and it was fine. Fire pit with wood supplied was nice and relaxing to sit by. Paved white pine trail running right by the cabin was nice for long walks with my dog. The property is nice and peaceful, easy walk down to the river. Wonderful, peaceful...

"We arrived after dark and they had just had the driveway paved. The host Angie was very helpful getting direction to our cabin and went out of her way to make sure we found the trail to get to our cabin. Beautiful area. We enjoyed playing games in the recreation room and we even sat and played the board game sorry. "

"Although more of a tiny house than a cabin, we had a wonderful stay! The decor was comfy, cozy, and quaint. Everything felt nice, new, and well kept. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and everything nicely stocked! We wished there was a stovetop, but other than that it had everything we needed!! The owner was very responsive to all questions asked. We will be back and highly recommend these tiny house cabins :) "

"My husband and I came here for our anniversary weekend and we had a great time! The cabin is quiet and peaceful; it is an excellent place to enjoy nature, while also only being about 25 minutes from Mount Pleasant. We loved being able to walk to the nearby nature preserve and experience a serene walk through the forest. The house itself was super clean and very nice! Kim is an excellent host!"

"This cabin was affordable, in a tucked away neighborhood. It was very clean and cozy. The neighbors yards give a different impression of what the stay may be like, but we never felt unsafe, nor were our things outside ever bothered with. It’s a nice walk down to beautiful Arnold Lake. The host was never nice, communicated well and answered right away. The kids loved the Lincoln logs and it was nice having a dog cage already there for our pup. "

"Everything was wonderful. Just one pretty minor complaint: the CD player was weird to operate and only one speaker worked. We had a great time. We visited Tuttle Marsh and the River Road on the Au Sable River on our way out, and climbed the lighthouse and hiked all around the edge of the peninsula. The fall colors were at peak for a good portion of our trip up. Thanks very much for making our 40th anniversary a great experience."
