" This is a creekside property with several acres of professionally designed and installed landscape that will remind one of Butchart Gardens in British Columbia on a smaller scale. The ocean is visible from the front yard and the ocean breakers make a sound that is, well, mesmerizing. You will hear the gurgling of Luffenholz Creek at all times when outside.
