"The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before...

"We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was top tier! Parking was very convenient, the unit was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay! We cannot wait to plan our next visit!"

"Communication was great with the host, we were actually able to check in early and that’s always a plus. The unit was very clean and VERY well stocked! The only complaint that I had was, the A/C unit was very loud. It’s inside of the condo and very loud for anyone sleeping on the couch but it worked fine. The view from the room was great. Easy access to the pool and to the beach."

"This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother”...

"We had a wonderful trip. The condo was nice but there are a few things that need to be known. Condo is under construction. This is an older building. They are working on redoing everything. There is no balcony access right not. Also you only get one parking pass. We were not told this and had two cars with no where to park one without worrying about it getting towed. Other than that the condo is nice but small. The tv went out and toilet was not working but within 20 minutes they had someone...

"It was a smooth check in process. Good location. The actual unit wasn't that clean. The comforter on the main bed was old and seemed a little dirty, and same with the decorative pillows. The outside furniture needs some updating as well.Not very comfortable. I should have done a little bit more research.My error for not realizing it was on the driving part of the beach. Not very impressed with Coastal Waters."

"We had such a lovely stay! The property was clean and stocked just as advertised. The communication was great. Would definitely consider staying here again.. A bit of a far walk from the beach access. Other than that we absolutely loved it!"

"AC was window units. One in the bedroom and one in the living area. Convenient to the beach. Parking was minimal. We had to use the overflow each night across Atlantic Blvd. We saw one roach in the bathroom and a few very tiny black bugs in the bathroom. "
