"Very nice staff. Hotel was clean and so was my room. Hot tub was actually hot and worked!! Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of choices but it was something. I would stay again."

At first when driving there, it seemed in the middle of nowhere. Then we realized that was part of the appeal (and the Grand Mesa is very accessible). We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again."

"The grounds of the park were very clean, and the community hub was a great perk! However, the AC in the airstream could not keep up with the heat which meant that we couldn’t spend any of the day inside the space that we paid for. It is unfortunate when the price is not cheap and we had to leave because it got unbearably hot. Also, the hot water heater did not work and there was no water pressure so a shower inside of the airstream was impossible. They do provide community showers which is...
