Welcome to Mary's Cozy Cottage, a charming 1945 renovated getaway in the heart of Delray Beach, just two blocks south of Atlantic Avenue and 1.2 miles from the beach. Book this location to explore beautiful Delray Beach's downtown shops, restaurants and bars.

Numerous bars and restaurants are just down the road and there is free transportation to them! Check out the local boutiques and shops!

An electronic keypad on the front door enables quick self check-in. As you enter, you will find a well laid out living room with a 55 inch flat-screen TV, with Netflix subscription. To the left are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Nice floors and lots of natural lighting are throughout.

There are barstools to enjoy meals on the beautiful quartz countertop. The spacious kitchen offers anything needed to prepare a full meal including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils and a coffee/tea corner.

Access to the huge backyard is just through the back door. The large fully-fenced private yard offers an excellent space to spend time outside under the beautiful gazebo . There is also a cornhole set, a propane grill, and outdoor furniture for dining or just relaxing.

Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and closet space. Wi Fi internet access and a work space are included. The cottage is fully stocked with all of the essentials, including linens, shampoo, Keurig and tea kettle. Heat, A/C, washer and dryer, ironing board and hair dryer are included as well. Parking on-site in the driveway accommodates two vehicles.

Self check-in is easy using the electronic keypad on the door. The driveway accommodates two vehicles. You can use an app to request a golf cart take you to and from the local scene or enjoy the short walk to downtown.
