It was the perfect place to spend the night with our local friends nearby. The hummingbirds and fish in the pond entertained us out of our bedroom window. "

"Staying there is so nice, easy to get to town, Barlow, and to Russian River. Nice breakfast. Pool was nice, as well as the area around. Making in back is a walk-in to the 2nd floor, very easy."

"We had made a last minute decision to leave the Hotel in Rohnert Park that was a disaster, we found the Art House and a GEM it was, this Hotel has class, style, elegance and a staff committee to giving you a superb experience, I give this Hotel a 10++++++++ if I could, Thank you Art House for making my Wife and I feel appreciated and wanted.. "Front desk ladies rock. They provide great local information about restraunts. They treat you well and are very friendly. Bed was the best of a nine stay trip. Suoer comfy. Walking distance to food, bars, entertainment. Parking was additional fee, but gladly paid it, as it was covered, locked and monitored."

"The location was great. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable allowing me to enjoy one of the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. However, the public restroom off the lobby was dirty, didn't have soap in two of the three dispensors, the garbage can was overflowing with trash and had no papertowels with which to dry hands. The staff were on their phones everytime I walked into the lobby. "

Because it is a new hotel, there were a couple of glitches such as the air conditioner didn't work properly and the garbage disposal didn't work; but the hotel asked us to let them know anything that needed improvement, so we did.
