Terrible place. Had really bad experience. AC in the King Suite was not working and response from Roy (not sure if he shared his real name) from front desk was that we can't do anything to help!!! He was super rude, was borderline misbehaving even though we were requesting politely. When we asked to talk to his manager he said there is no manager on-site and he doesn't have manager's contact information either. We had booked their King suite for 2 nights to get a goodnight sleep before and after a bike marathon but because of the AC issue on a hot sunny day, we couldn't sleep at all. First night they gave us a fan and said they will fix the AC or give us another room, so we tried to make it work. But next day they said we don't have another room, we are fully booked and we already gave you fan so can't do anything else. It was so hot in the bedroom, our toddler couldn't sleep whole night, we had to check out and leave immediately.
Location wise also it is really bad, next to highway exit, surrounded by abandoned structures, it felt unsafe to get out at night time even to go to nearby grocery store. With their thin walls not only u can hear all the traffic from your room but noises from adjacent rooms too. We had booked this place because of so many great reviews and ratings but now we feel cheated. Would never ever go there again and would advise others to avoid this place too.
