"The hotel was spotless, and the staff were absolutely outstanding, professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. When heavy rain unexpectedly caused a leak in our ceiling, they handled the situation incredibly well, relocating us to a similar room within minutes. We also had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was genuinely delicious. A wonderful experience overall.
Tip: Might not be a perfect location in Delhi but it doesn’t really matter as you primarily want to...
"What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.
We would definitely come back."

"Beautiful hotel with lots of fine details. Amazing service level and food. Fairly quiet even though it’s placed in old Delhi.

"Prime location, near to the MRT stations, the service was friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Very helpful reception staff who helped with all the sightseeing questions. The room was good, and everything in the room works well. I love my stay there and would recommend it."
"The hotel was very nice. Cleaning was good and the room was very fine. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. Nice bathroom with hot water. The only downside was the little alley you have to go down to reach the hotel - at the first day it looked suspect. All in all I can recommend this hotel and when returning to Delhi I will not hesistate to sleep there again."
"Room and bathroom were very old and dirty. It was in no way similar to the rooms in the pictures. The hotel may have been nice once, but it must have been at least 10 years ago. Unbelievably much noise from the street and the other rooms. I'm speechless how this place can have a 8.8 rating on hotels.com. Those reviews must be either very old or fake. But the staf was very friendly, despite them giving us a wrong room."

"Dette hotel ligger i et backpacker kvarter i Delhi. Det er et hotel for de der vil opleve byens mange nuancer. Vi så ikke andre turister i området.
Folk omkring hotellet mente ikke at man skulle gå rundt i kvarteret, men det oplevede vi ingen problemer med. Det ligger midt i Delhi og man kan gå til mange attraktioner.
Vi rejste to voksne og et barn på 6 år.
Specielt personalet i restauranten er søde, venlige og yderst hjælpsomme. Maden var bedre end vi havde forventet, idet restauranten ser...

"The Hotel is placed in a Area close to the rail was station (google the area)
The rooms along the streets are of natural causes effected by the road noise. the doors could be more sound proof to block the street noise, but in general this is a small detail and the hotel is far better than many others.
Staff are very friendly, food are great for breakfast with a big selection. Security on the hotel guarding the entrance at dark hours which made me feel safe at my stay.
luggage can stay in the reception after check out.
all in all i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in this area close the the railway station.
