"The room was spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived – fresh linens, perfect bathroom, no dust anywhere, and everything smelling nice and new. The staff is simply fantastic! Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, smiling and super welcoming. What really sets this place apart is how incredibly helpful they are. No matter what little (or bigger) issue/question we had, they always came up with practical solutions right away – nothing was ever “too much trouble” It really feels...

"Hotel staff was really friendly and had a great stay there. Everything was really good . And the location of the hotel is really close to the market + the metro"

"Great location. Very accommodating staff. Great value."

"Such a lovely old, quaint hotel. Excellent service, good restaurant. A bit noisy surroundings, but Hey, it's New Delhi. At night it was calm."

"Had a good stay."

"The Hotel is placed in a Area close to the rail was station (google the area) The rooms along the streets are of natural causes effected by the road noise. the doors could be more sound proof to block the street noise, but in general this is a small detail and the hotel is far better than many others. Staff are very friendly, food are great for breakfast with a big selection. Security on the hotel guarding the entrance at dark hours which made me feel safe at my stay. luggage can stay in the...

"Everything was good except the lady receptionist, arrogant, selfish and so rude, don't know how to talk with customer, like she give me favour , bro I paid for that"

"Very convenient location about a 2 minute walk from metro station and bus station. Excellent wi-fi, excellent AC, clean room, staff willing to help in the early hours which was appreciated. The only drawback was I had difficulty getting hot water in the shower."

"Et hotel som ligger tæt på alting og med masser af liv i gaden. Vi havde et fint ophold, og ville helt klart vælge det igen, hvis vi kommer tilbage. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme med alt. "

"Fint hotel set i forhold til prisen, og belliggenheden er god. "

"Har været her mindst 20 gange før og som altid er alt i orden . Services ved indtjekningen er rigtig fin "

"Room and bathroom were very old and dirty. It was in no way similar to the rooms in the pictures. The hotel may have been nice once, but it must have been at least 10 years ago. Unbelievably much noise from the street and the other rooms. I'm speechless how this place can have a 8.8 rating on hotels.com. Those reviews must be either very old or fake. But the staf was very friendly, despite them giving us a wrong room."

"Wow"

"Meget venligt personale der hjælper i alle henseender. Fine værelser med WIFI og rene toiletter. Hvis man ikke søger luksushoteller men bare et sted der fungerer så er chanchal continental rigtigt godt til prisen."

"Absolutely great hostel vibes, perfect for solo travellers. Rooms are a good size. What made this the perfect stay are the staff who go out of their way to welcome you. In particular, want to say Arshi, Rajan and Zubin whose customer service skills are second to none! I am very thankful for their extended support. It's staff like these that make you return to Zostel"
