Grilled outside, played beer pong outside, big kitchen, has everything if you want to cook inside, very short walk to the best beach in Bethany - water for some reason is clearer here - maybe because it has whiter sand. Enjoy your stay whoever comes next."

"This is a beautiful property and compound with wonderful access to the Rehoboth Bay and a private pier with dockage. We enjoyed launching our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards at the private beach as well as storing them in a secured area. We were also able to tuck our bikes away in a nice secure area And ride them into Rehoboth and surrounding areas including Indian River inlet. The stairs going in maybe a challenge for someone who has some difficulty with steps, but we found them a great way...
