"We had a great stay! Owner easy to communicate with. Check in and out all remote. The home was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for a family. Plenty of clean Linens and towels! Plenty of parking. The location in bayview can’t be beat. Loved having access to the pools and ability to use the golf cart provided by the property! "We always go away in spring with our daughter and her family as a Christmas gift. This property was fantastic for an infant (14 months) the living room had a round coffee table that was the perfect size and we placed his tub of toys in front of the fire place to block it. Just enjoy room to walk around. And couches were comfortable!"

Clean, linens and towels, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee/keurig w/ coffee!! Close to Cape Henlopen State Park (30 min), but a must see for dunes, hiking, biking trails - perfect for you canine friend. Don’t be surprised if we are back next year!"

"It was a short weekend but we really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location, not too close and not too far from the beach and other activities. It was family friendly AND dog friendly which is hard to find. It also had a nice fenced in yard! The house was nice but could use some general and security upgrades. Better locks and lights outside, and bathroom upgrades would really be lovely! We would recommend this house."
