"Very clean! Messaging was easy and received reply very quickly! Building manager/lobby person was very friendly and helpful! Location was great. We walked with a wagon for groceries and drove to beach. Not able to walk to beach as we carried a lot for the day but you can very well walk if not taking much. Great experience!"

"Loved the location and the Apartment setup was nice but the manager was slow to respond and the linens were not clean. There were crumbs in the bed and the tub wasn’t very clean. I washed the dishes I used and took out the trash out as requested. I left it cleaner than when I arrived. Also, there was a good bit of street noise and sirens."
