Husbåde i Delaware Beaches

"The hotel itself is no frills, but it is right on the beach. We enjoyed being at the end of the boardwalk - it was only about an 8 minute walk (with a 3 year old) to the main street with lots of stores and restaurants (the main drag). Coffee and pastries were a swing and a miss, but expected. The onsite, free garage parking is definitely a huge plus."

"I don't get this hotel. Arrived within an hour of check-in time and there was nobody at the front desk. After finally checking-in, we found our cards would not open the room door. And who thought it would be a good idea to remove every single drawer and dresser from the rooms? There's zero space to store clothing other than decorative hangers surrounding the TV (not kidding). I see this feedback echoed on several other reviews as well. It's a shame as the hotel is in a very convenient location...

"I was upset at being charged a parking fee. Nothing on the amenities page stated a parking fee and the parking is limited. I had to park around the back of the hotel. While at the desk finishing my regestration, another guest was not charged for parking a second vehicle that was arriving later. Clerk said she would only charge for one vehicle. We had several rooms and all paid for parking as well as late arriving family staying in the same room."

"My husband and I took a short road trip for a few days to Delaware and stayed at Mar Bella. We were sooooo comfortable, so at home at this lovely property. Every single detail was thought of and included in our stay. The owner David maintains this lovely home and grounds along w his wife Vana. They addressed every single thing we could possibly have needed. We will most definitely stay at this property again in the future. It was immaculate, inside and out. The pool was spotless, the grounds...

"Vi var fire familiemedlemmer på ferie, vi skulle be’ om rengøring, da de glemte det. Skulle selv hente håndklæder, og til morgenmad, skulle man be’ om opfyldning, det kunne de heller ikke finde ud af? Selv om de gik og kikkede, synes det er, for dårligt til de priser der er på hotel værelser i dag😵‍💫 deres rengøringspersonale kunne forøvrigt ikke tale engelsk, så det var svært at forklare dem noget"
