"The room is serviceable, but the cleanliness isn’t the best. It’s not rundown but the sheets were very gritty; the bathroom was also not thoroughly cleaned and there were traces of mold on the tub. The beds are very firm. There’s also a lack of outlets, so if you have more than one device to plug in it’s not convenient. The outlets were also incredibly loose- a small shift pulled my plug out of the outlet. The vanity is also incredibly small- we stayed in a double queen and we struggled with...

"Could not sleep for four nights due to out of control guests. Management was contacted each night and did nothing. Kids continued to scream and parents screamed and banged doors and walls. Awful, scary experience- out of control."

"We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm.
