"Enjoyed this house, very comfortable for four of us and a dog. Appliances are new and worked as they should. The front living room is a great place to gather, watch tv, and play games. The area is great for walks, and the beach isn’t far. Very quiet in early June. This was our first time staying in Broadkill. We would definitely book this house again if we come back to the area."

"Staying at this unit was fantastic. You can tell the owner take pride in this unit. It has warmth, charm, and creative artistic energy. It also had newer appliances and flooring. Unlike other units, the three adults did not feel that we did not have enough space. We used all rooms and loved the screened in porch, and outdoor renovated hot/cold shower(after being on the beach). As for the location, we were not far from the happenings and nightlife, yet we were more interested in more exploring...
