"This was a nice place to stay. I traveled with 2 other ladies and we felt safe and at home. We did have an issue with the neighbor one night but the management team took care of it right away and it was 10:15 at night. Very responsive and very cordial! We were not used to the shotgun home, where rooms are not private but they had sound machines and other extra amenities to help make everything very doable and homey! Thank you for a great weekend away from home!"

The proximity to major roads and to the French Quarter also make the location very convenient. Two considerations: when you take a 360 degree view from the front door of the property, just be aware that not all of the surrounding area is in the same condition as the rental property. "The house was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels nice sized beds. I just didn't realize it was an up stairs apartment. I try not to book places upstairs when my mom is with me. She has bad knees. Other than that the place Is great. "

"Great location within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Very clean, air conditioned with coffee pot , fridge, washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a family and dog. City Park is very close, which our dog loved. Coffee shop is at the corner which was enjoyed by all for their iced drinks and pastries. "
