"Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

"The house is very nice. Perfect location for us to getaway. Nice distance to everything."

"Everything was exactly as described. St. Charles is an awesome place!"

"Property was great and very clean. Check in process was extremely easy and very informative email was sent before check-in. The only thing that was lacking, which may be my own fault is the downstairs bedroom, the one with one bed is not a bedroom as the walls do not go to the ceiling. "Meet our desires and needs"

Management should put some money into it, it wouldn't take much.Great coffee place across the street! Also easy walk to the...

"We stayed at this property for four weeks during a work trip. It was comfortable, well located, and clean. We definitely recommend."

"This was a prime spot for downtown activities! Near everything and not far from STL. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Awesome place just as advertised. Home was clean and parking was great. Will definitely look to book this home again when in the area."

"Everything was new and loved the decor. Lots of extras that was really nice. Would stay again."
