After the long drive up from Brooklyn, our granddaughters were delighted to find the front parlor filled with toys and games.With family in both Blue Hill and Little Deer Isle, the house was perfectly located. The only disappointment was that Bagaduce Lunch was closed while we were there. We'd heard great things about the food there.We look forward to staying at your place in the future!"

"I was surprised it was close to the road but Penobscot quiets down about 8pm so road noise was not an issue. It was a lovely house to stay in.Very comfortable. Easy to get from there to Castine, Blue Hill, Deer Isle. The walk down to the beach is lovely and the views across the Bay are always interesting as the tide comes in and out."

"The farmhouse was a lovely place to stay while exploring Acadia National Park! The house was extremely clean, had all of the supplies we needed, was very well-maintained, and was located very close to the park and all of the local towns. We loved the property - the backyard is nice and offers a great view of the stars at night, and the house is very comfortable.
