One of the most peaceful places on earth! Welcome to your next vacation getaway destination located in Deep Gap, NC in a gated community called Powder Horn Mountain. This is a luxury rental perfect for multiple families to spread out and enjoy the High Country.
This home is over 3000 sq feet with close range mountain views on 3 acres.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Main level amenities include the kitchen, living room, dining area, breakfast room, half bath, laundry room, and master bedroom with king bed and large master bath with dual vanities and separate bath and shower. Upper level has two bedrooms one with King bed and one with 2 twins. Shared full bath on this level with card table, and community TV sitting area. Basement has one bedroom with queen bed and game room with queen pull out couch. There is a full bath on this level as well. The game room is equipped with darts, foosball and air hockey, Ms Pacman,2 – 55 inch TV’s 3 recliners and the full size couch! Ample parking for 4 cars. Flat Screen smart TV's in main floor living room, upstairs den and basement game room/sleeper sofa room.

House Amenities
Linens are provided along with one full roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towel in the kitchen. A small starter packet of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, sponge and some misc. snacks are provided for each guest. Guests also have access to use all 4 of the propane fireplaces throughout the house to really create that warm inviting atmosphere during your winter stays. The kitchen is heavily stocked with everything you need to feed a large group including all your silverware, dishes, cutting boards, pots and pans, knives, cookie sheets, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, strainer, crock pot, blender, mixer, mixing bowls, casserole dishes, full size side by side fridge with ice maker. Gas stove and dishwasher along with plenty of counterspace for all your cooking needs. Renters do have access to use the garage and go in through that door upon arrival. There is also a combo lockbox on the stairs going to the front door. House does have a propane grill available to guests as well.

Electronics
There are currently 5 SMART TV’s in the house one on the main level living room, one in the master bedroom, upper level TV, and two TV’s in the basement game room.

Internet
Internet is Skyline Skybest Fiber internet which works well throughout the house for multiple streaming devices and gaming.

Community
Renters have access to the outdoor pool during the summer months as well as miles of hiking trails, community clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, campground, horseshoe pit, fishing, paddle boating, and more. The house is a great getaway, located just a few hours from Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston Salem, and Raleigh. Cell phone signal is descent especially if you have Verizon but wifi calling is available. (check the settings on your phone) This house is the absolute getaway. Pets are ALLOWED for $50 per pet for the stay. Limited to no more than 3 and dogs only. You must make note of the fur babies when you make your reservation. About 20 minutes to Boone, 45 mins to Banner Elk and Blowing Rock and West Jefferson. This is the perfect place to stay while going out to enjoy High County festivals, Fly Fishing, the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Appalachian Trail, various wineries, breweries, and some App State Football!45 minutes to ski resorts.
