"The photos do not do this property justice! The property and cabin are beautiful and tranquil. Only 30 minutes to Acadia National Park. Very easy to tour all of Mount Desert Island from the cabin. 10 mintes to a couple of grocery stores. When we first turned onto the dirt/gravel road and the GPS still showed 1 mile to go we were a bit apprehensive but we went to the end of the road and turned into the drive and were met with a stunning view of the cabin, cove and river. "This cabin was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and the perfect size for us. We enjoyed seashell hunting at the private beach! We spent a lot of time at Acadia National Park and towns around there, all less than an hour away. We would definitely stay again if in the area!"

"From the moment you pull up to the cabin, it is obvious to see the care that is put into this idyllic cabin and the surrounding grounds. We have never stayed in a cleaner or more well maintained rental AND it allows a dog which was extremely appreciated. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, we saw a beaver and a bald eagle, and heard the call of the loons.
