"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. "We arrived two hours after check-in time hoping we would get straight into our room. A man behind the desk gave us a room key and just as we started to head out of the foyer to try and find the room, the manager came along and grabbed the key out of my hand and said we wouldn't be in that room and told us to wait in the restaurant. We waited for 15 minutes there and we were then showed up to our room by the same manager - obviously they were running behind and rushing things as there was still...
