"Super nice old Hotel in the city center"

"Virkeligt dejligt ophold. Stort tak til receptionist for service både ved bestilling og indtjekning, og selv i forbindelse med levering af lejebil 👍😃 Rigtig dejligt moderne værelse med balkon og udsigt- hotellet ligger lidt tilbagetrukket fra hovedvejen ved strandpromenaden, hvilket giver en mere rolig beliggenhed ligeved den skønne plads Hotellet kan absolut anbefales"

"Flot hotel og god stil . Lidt synd de spiser folk af med tynd filter kaffe til en ellers rimelig mordenmads buffet . Vi fik aftenbuffet een gang og det var også nok . Euro 25 for aftenbuffet inkl. et glas vin lyder også relativ billigt . Men vinen var udrikkelig og synd at man på så fint et sted ikke opretholder et tilsvarende niveau i restauranten . Køkkenet var 3 stjernet og hotellet 4,5 stjerner i min verden . God stille lokation 10min fra lufthavn, og 2000 skridt fra centrum . "

"We had chosen to pay at arrival, so we were quite surprised when they wouldn’t take euros as payment for our stay. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere under the process of our reservation that they only accept card. Something with the law, but we have stayed in Greece before and paid whole stays in euros. They have a rule about not reserving sun beds in advance but they don’t enforce it and the pool staff doesn’t do anything about it if you can’t find any sun beds. We found dirty plates in the buffet restaurant every day at every meal. We saw a “chef” pick his nose and scratching his beard at the “open kitchen” where they make the food for the buffet. The Japanese restaurant was so disappointing. The pictures that are shown online, is only of the renovated areas. Everything else looks old and ugly. The beach is the worst beach ever. The water is brown and 3 meters out it’s only grass underneath. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything from the hallway and the rooms around you while laying in bed. At the check-out I met with a manager but I only managed to give her two of the complaints above before she cut me off. I didn’t feel acknowledged at all. She tried to prove me wrong by saying that they had enough sun beds and that she eats at the restaurant every day and never sees dirty plates. Unfortunately I only have so much space to write this review in, I would have written more if I could. This is a 3 - maximum a low 4 star hotel. Waste of 5315 euros."

"Pros: nice hotel, nice room, great pool, great aquagym sessions and the BEST massage. Cons: breakfast is only served inside. They kept removing towels from the pool even if you were only away for a short time and left personal items. You cannot swim in the sea. There was a dog barking all night EVERY night! All in all I really enjoyed my stay. "
