"Our family had a wonderful stay in this Portree home in June. Location was fantastic and we were able to find parking even though it is a busy area. The weather was unseasonably warm and the management team was kind enough to provide fans on request. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"Beachcomber Cottage is a great property in a wonderful location on Skye. It has a good layout and is very well equipped. Externally there is a garden with outdoor furniture and ample parking. There is a quality restaurant and Inn within easy walking distance. We will visit again."

The location is amazing.....about 30 min from Portree and in an off the beaton path location which is Heavan. The views are amazing. "While the facilities provided in the apartment were as stated, the dark location at the rear of the building was disappointing with virtually no outlook. The constant humming from the electronics was particularly annoying to hearing aids. We never used the cooking facilities, so cannot comment. For a 1 week stay this is not a great facility and in our opinion is overpriced."

"Too expensive for performance. Promised water views are obscured by a roof. Living room too dark due to small window. Lighting in the living room defective. Two lightbulbs were replaced by us. Kitchen floor unclean. For groceries, except refrigerator, no possibility of storage. No storage space for toiletries in the bathroom. Bedroom ok"

"This place was everything that engulfs Scotland. The layout was perfect for us, as 2 couples. It’s was so comfortable, the little stove was so cute and cozy. The drying rack was just awesome as well. Perfectly located for our travels around Skye. Instructions were well received once we got into the house… The only hiccup we had was lack of communication for the arrival. We had to wait and make a few phone calls from other sites to get a hold of the management team. But once I got someone, they...
