"This hotel was nice for the money. The area is in the outskirts of Fira so a bit deserted around. 15 min walk to town. I was dissatisfied with the Taxi service provided by hotel gentleman was kind of rude, as they never mentioned they don’t take Mastercard and they charge an extra 5 euro to pay with card. This should definitely be communicated in advance so guests can bring cash especially if flight arrives past midnight. Maria o think it’s the owner or person in charge was great very nice and...

"100% recommend staying here. To begin with the wow factor when we arrived, the views are amazing. Everything was spotless, nothing was too much trouble, service was amazing. Reception were so helpful with organising a boat trip, booking airport transfers etc, generally giving recommendations. Very friendly. We had the honeymoon room with hot tub and would definitely recommend. We had room 18, it was at the bottom of the steps so had nobody below us and was very private. Uninterrupted views....

"This was a beautiful villa located in the heart of Fira but set back enough so that you weren't bothered by the street noise. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning, and the rooftop hot tub was a nice touch. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating."
