"It is difficult to rate this hotel. All rooms have a big balcony/patio and provide some of the most astonishing views I've seen. The ocean, the views to the caldera and the castle, the sunsets, really beautiful. I was actually sad the day before leaving the place, couldn't get enough of that view. To me, it is the hotel with the most beautiful view I have stayed at. The staff was friendly and provided a courtesy wine to enjoy while seeing the views from the balcony. So, why not 5 stars?
