"Er super godt tilfreds med stedet. Store dejlige villaer, gode senge og wifi. Eneste minus er, at resortet ikke har adgang til stranden men kun en strandpool, der dog er perfekt, hvis man rejser med små børn. Man kunne dog godt informere om, at der ikke er direkte adgang til stranden."

Unfortunately, this luxury hotel gave away our room even after I had called to confirm that we would be one day late due to airplane issues and we understood that we may have to pay for that night. When we arrived on St. John and went to the desk, we were told that we had been a no-show and they gave away our room. Luckily there was one studio left, but we had paid for a two bedroom. "Very clean grounds, very clean suite (thank you, Katia!). Staff are lovely. Lots of repeat guests. Very quiet rooms. To be honest when we first got there we were not sure it was for us, it’s a little older and the restaurant food isn’t special. But the place grows on you and is very quaint. If they could level-up the food, we’d return in a second. I also loved the yoga class by Lizzie on Tuesday morning. So nice. May be back next year. "

"Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there.
