"We had a flood in our shower. We let the cleaning lady know but it was never fixed. The food was mediocre and there were no late night food options. There was a bartender at the sports bar that had horrible customer service. The manager of the sports bar was very nice. Overall, I didn't have a bad time but it could have been better."

"This is family friendly place made for all ages. The staff at the reception desk ( Angel) the bartender (Angely) made us feel welcome. From the entertainment ( Churrasco) was beyond friendly with my entire family. We felt right at home. All the restaurants were exceptional , but the French was exceptional from staff Adrian, Maria, Miguel and Grisleidis made our stay even better. I truly recommend this resort."

"I liked that the location of the resort and it was well maintained however, I wasn't pleased with the room. Upon our arrival, the remote to the TV was missing, the robes were missing, no wash clothes were in the room and the dispenser in the shower was hand soap and conditioner vs shampoo and conditioner. The safe didn't work and you had to leave the balcony door open for the AC to go off. The room was freezing and you can't control the temperature.
Staff was great. Food was ok. The steak...
