Loved staying at Cathy’s place on the beach. The condo is in a great location and very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay and were able to enjoy a beautiful beach and pool just steps away. We would definitely love to stay here again. Cathy is a great host and excellent communicator. Any question or need we had was answered and taken care of promptly. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful condo!

Wonderful pet friendly condo

The room was huge. Very pet friendly. Great location. Owner was very responsive to our requests and questions. Perfect stay!

Vacation stay

We visit Daytona a couple times a year. This condo is large, lots of room. The pool was under repair, but there was still access to the beach.

This unit was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and decorated with a gorgeous coastal style that made us feel right at home. It was incredibly spacious, with three large bedrooms, so everyone had plenty of room to spread out. In fact, it felt bigger than our own house! The brand-new leather sofas and rocking recliner were so comfortable.The complex is small, quiet, and has a charming boutique feel, which we really appreciated. The heated pool was wonderful, and we loved the brand-new lounge chairs and cozy seating areas where we could relax, watch the waves, and listen to the ocean. The no-drive beach was another huge plus and made for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.We had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The unit itself was very nice, modern and clean. However, the A/C unit froze and had a very dirty filter. The landlord took care of this within hours. What is not so good is most of the units in the building are under renovation, so lots of noise during the weekdays. We also got stuck in the elevator which is supposed to be replaced.
