Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
Pet policy: this property can allow for up to two dogs (dogs only) for an additional price. Each dog's maximum weight cannot exceed 25lbs. The pet fee for the duration of the stay for one dog is $250 and the pet fee for two dogs is $400. Because this is an optional fee, it has to be added after booking and will not be shown in your quote online. The HOA may also request vaccination records that must be provided upon request.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
