Nous avions choisi cet emplacement, car il était mentionné qu’il avait 4piscines dont 1intérieure, 1spa, 1gym. Absolument rien ne fonctionnait tout était fermer durant l’entièreté de notre séjour. Nous choisi cet endroit malgré qu’il était beaucoup plus $$$ que les autres nous avons même pris le temps de vérifier les reviens et il était mentionné que les piscines et spa fonctionnait…

Property didn't match the pictures

The property didn't match the pictures, and I didn't notice anything mentioning that the pools was not in service and the parking was suspect. The property got hit by a hurricane a few years back and its left the pools and parking garage out of service. But looking at the pictures it looks beautiful, We did not have any issues with the staff and the room wasn't the worst of seen or anything but its it left me with a feeling that I had been lied to when we didnt get what is advertized in the pictures, When we found out (on reviews) we called and asked about it and they told use the truth before we got there but we couldnt cancel at that point and was told thats why the rooms was discounted, when I checked other listing they was priced near the same. Being a guy I was ok with it I think my wife was abit upset about the situation.

My daughter and I came to town to go to Rockville!! We REALLY enjoyed our stay at this location and our specific property was perfect for us. My daughter loved walking down to the beach every day and walking/running along the water. Really liked that there were not big crowds on the beach at all. Our room was perfect and would definitely stay there again. Overall, excellent experience, A+, definitely would recommend. The only issue that made this experience less than perfect was the parking situation?? Even with the parking pass from our condo, there was not guaranteed parking. This was concerning and the second night we returned we could not find a spot. This caused us to leave Rockville early the next two nights missing headliners to make sure we secured a parking spot. That was disappointing.

Misleading

This resort is still damaged from the two hurricanes in 2022. There was zero information provided about the construction currently taking place. The lower level of the building has stale/mold smell and is a dark atmosphere with several closed off rooms. Guest services was someone sitting at desk that had no ability to offer assistance, the “smoke free environment” reeked of cigarette smoke and/or marijuana. There are no amenities: no indoor/outdoor pool, no beach access from the hotel (you must use the public beach access on the other side of the condemned parking garage), the only entrance/exit is the main doors, no fitness center, and parking is in a vacant lot next door. The room was decent but the shower required a good cleaning with bleach before use. Also, the room was apparently adjacent to another at one time. The door access is covered by a room divider screen but does nothing to help prevent the sounds from the neighbors.

Not the room or the locations fault.

This was a mix up on VRBO and the management company. Original room was cancelled day before start of the vacation. Other Mgmt company did find us another location with no communication other than an address. The location was approx 10 miles farther away from our original rental. Absolutely nothing to prepare me or even discuss with me the issues I would experience from the move. The reason for the sudden move was vague and was described to be in another room. I had many friends staying at the original location and they got their rooms and all seemed fine. I would think that if mold was found in one room after all the problems with Hurricanes then most every room would have similar problems. This was apparently not the case. That location was full each time I passed. I have used VRBO on several occasions and was not told of the change except by another management group. The room I had was good the location was not anywhere near where I had hoped and the parking and rules for parking were not what I expected. 2 permits for vehicles but we needed to have permits for motorcycles. overall the place was good for the use, but the way it was handled left much to be desired. I am grateful that it wasn't just canceled and they made an attempt to find another location, I would have liked to have another option. An email just over 24 hours before my arrival was not what I would have expected. Had I not checked my emails I would have gone to the original location.

No real amenities

In the listing some amenities were not usable. Please note not one pool was available, you had to go around the entire building to get back to the hotel, and the staff weren’t the friendliest. The condo itself was great. We loved it. Very clean. The microwave does shut off after being used a few time.

Nice appartment

Except of lacking good working knives appartment was adequately equipped with everything we needed. We knew that pools were out of order, but we didn't know that an outside pool deck was closed as well. It was omitted in the facility descriptions and is unforgivable.

The room only accommodates four people not 6/7.... The hide a bed in the couch is broken and disgustingly dirty. All the accommodations are closed, But I was NOT told before we got there.

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay so much! Perfect place for our little family. My two year old daughter loved the kiddie pool & the room was perfect! Very clean & stocked well for dinner in! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Rental

From booking through the entire trip, everything was great!! Room was just as pictures described. We were even spoiled with a closet full of beach supplies and a cooler!! Will definitely look at this location for our next vacation!!! 😊

Girls Trip

We had a great girls vacation!! Everything in the room was great, comfortable, and clean!!! The location was great and lots of things to do within walking distance. Even being there during spring break, we thought it was not too busy. This had nothing to do with the room at all but the staff at the tiki bar were not very friendly and the indoor restaurant was closed. On multiple days, they did not have food service. Thankfully lots of close by restaurants.

BEWARE

This is a 1 star review and a warning. This unit has VERY LITTLE sound insulation as we found out the hard way. When we arrived at 4:30pm on our first day, we were met with a constant, loud construction pounding accompanied by a thumping bass (which vibrated the walls) from music playing in the unit right next to us. We went to the front desk to complain and asked how long the construction was going to be going on and when the “quiet hour” begins when the music must stop…they were clueless and had no answers for either question. The construction pounding ceased by 6pm, but the music went on until 9pm. We sent messages to the VRBO owner inquiring as to whether they were aware of this major construction project right next to our unit. No response from owner. Unfortunately, and as we expected, the music started up again at 6:30am the next day and we were faced with another day of construction pounding and the constant thumping of bass. This was an untenable and unacceptable situation for us with no resolution in sight, we made the very distressing and upsetting decision to leave after staying in the unit less than 15 hours (after traveling more than 7 hours to get there). This was most definitely not the peaceful, relaxing get-away that we desperately wanted… Though we acknowledge that the rental unit owner had no control over construction in the unit next to us, we hold the owner totally responsible for knowing that such construction was going to take place and forewarning us of the situation. Be forewarned that this unit and building has paper-thin walls so you run the risk of quiet and peace during your stay. We also feel we should have been given all or part of our money back since we stayed less than 15 hours.

Great location/ great value w/compromises

Location was great as well as the value. This was a private room independent of the resort so there was no cleaning during our stay - you need to wash your own towels and take out your own trash. There were also no beach chairs which can be an issue if you are traveling from out of state. Items for rent on the beach are pricey. We were given a link after the fact for items to rent off site (they deliver and pick up) that were much reasonably priced. This information would be helpful at the time of confirmation. Overall, as long as you are willing to make a few compromises, the value is worth it. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Good size condo

Slept 2 adults and 3 children easily. Still had a queen size bed that could be used. Large bathroom, lots of room. Not direct ocean view but still can see the ocean from the balcony. Nice place.

Probably the best value for anything like it in the area. A few things to take into consideration, since it’s a private room independent of the resort: No cleaning during your stay - you need to wash your own towels and take out your own trash. Two beds are in the same room, so if you want privacy, it’s not gonna happen. Again, nothing beats the value of this room, but you make some compromises.

Family Vacation

I really enjoyed my experience here. Awesome location right on the beach and close to grocery stores, Dollar store, and restaurants. It had 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. The only thing that was not so good was that it was really hard to get a turn in the hot tub but I know this is not the owners of the condos fault but as a suggestion to the actual owners of the building maybe put a hot tub or two outside near the pools.
