"We loved the little house, especially the quiet neighborhood it was in. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, even a coffee bar. The king bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels and washcloths. We loved the living area with a big TV, 2 couches and chairs. The washer and dryer helped us out a lot."

"Shops are definitely walkable but i wouldn’t call 2 miles “walkable” to Downtown Gainesville. That implies a couple blocks definitely less than 1 mile "

"Amazing cabin get away! We loved all the touches-especially the hot tub! The driveway had a steep edge at the top but that can happen with all the rain we’ve had! Would love to go back!"

"The cabin was great and well equipped. But what made our stay so good was the hostess. It was wedding weekend for my son and my husband became ill with a stomach bug. The owner quickly sent us what we needed and was so kind. She also ordered and shipped grab bars to the cabin for my mom who is disabled. She went far and above was was required as an owner and we are so very appreciative. We also enjoyed post wedding NAPS on the comfy sectional. Ha"

"Little tricky to get to, but great house! It’s new and very comfortable. 2 bedrooms both with king size bed and separate A/C controls. Really enjoyed the hot tub outside on deck. Would definitely stay again!"

"House was so cute and very well done! My senior parents were with us so the main floor being on the stairs was a bit of a challenge but we managed it. Be aware you really need an AWD or 4WD vehicle to navigate the last mile and a half. Hosts were wonderful with communication and very attentive to requests. Would highly recommend!"

"We can’t say enough good things about this property. We loved all the enormous beds in every room too. And the Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms was the icing on the cake for us as we got ready for our wedding. Anyone would be lucky to stay here. Quiet, comfy, and clean.
