"Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep."

"Despite receiving emails for no smoking of any kind in the unit, upon check in there was an overwhelming scent of cigarettes and some sort of chemical agent to try and mask the scent. The combination gave my girlfriend and I headaches. We had to abandon the unit within a couple of hours and find accommodations elsewhere last minute. The unit was also not clean. "When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday.
